Meticulously hand made on a heavy duty commercial manual sewing machine using heavy duty nylon upholstery thread. Material is a 100% poly high performance thinner fabric on the fast side while the slow side is a synthetic poly “herringbone” material. Slow side is double backed for increased durability and firmer hand feel. Bags are filled to 454g +/- a couple of pellets. Fill is a proprietary hand blended poly resin pellet of both symmetric and asymmetric shape. Fill is a virgin material (not recycled). Closing seam is a full doubled stitch. Do not boil or use conditioner these bags. Break in should be limited to machine wash and dry with a load of towels or hand wash and dry.
